[Premium-Rx] Replacing old tantalums?

The folks at Gaithersburg use ceramic capacitors in place of tantalums
in newer receivers. These are not the ceramic capacitors I grew up with.

One of the engineers told me about going overseas to replace the
tantulum caps in an entire shipment of 8718 receivers that blew out
because the radios were shipped on a high altitude, unpressurized
flight. You gotta love the reliability of tantulums.
