[Premium-Rx] Rackmount UPS

I recently installed a pair of (19" - 2U each) rack mounted 2KVA
Uninterruptable Power Supplies (Minuteman Endeavor series) for my radios.
The resultant noise is far more than I expected (mostly fan noise).  I have
yet to measure the sound level but it must be about 70 db for the pair (far
louder than I want in my shack).
 
Can anyone out there provide suitable replacement suggestions?  Keep in mind
that my QTH is rural and the power is subject to sags, brownouts, surges,
etc.
