[Premium-Rx] Receive Multicoupler

If you can be patient for a few more months, I plan to have a kit 
multicoupler available (also assembled) but I'm first trying to get the 
active antenna kit out the door.

Also have a band-reject filter for AM broadcast that might be useful in 
conjunction with the BC stuff, although I think it will remain as a 
separate product instead of being an optional plug-in for the multicoupler.
