[Premium-Rx] RF590A reference generator A12: Q3 - NF5102 info required

G'day,

I have a R-2368/URR with a bad reference generator board A12 where Q3, a 
NF5102 n-channel JFET, failed and had no luck finding any info on it. Can 
someone provide me with any info on this device. or perhaps has one for sale?

Whilst searching the Internet, I found a PF5102 from Fairchild that looks 
promising. It comes in a TO92 (plastic) instead of a TO18 (metal can) 
package. But as always, I try to use original parts whenever possible.
