While I wish I had boxes of these to offer you- you are looking for the cream of the crop in options for these radios!! SSB/ISB is always popular as are the narrower IF bandwidths as the land mobile services, marine radio and airband are all generally moving to narrower (most still analog) modulation.
 
That said, while I don't know a source for all of what you are looking for, Jeff Kruth (who is lurking on this listserve...) does have some of the bits you are looking for. You can post for him here or check ebay- search under 'WJ' and you might find part of what you seek.
