[Premium-Rx] RACAL RA-3712 Synthesizer problem

To All
First :receive my best wishes for 2009 ! New receivers ,new toys.......
Second : my second receiver in the RA-3712 went faulty, synthesizer problem, doesnt lock
still an output signal but unstable.
 First measure was to open and see; apparently there is only one custom IC in this unit and
 nothing burn or damaged so the chance to repair it appear good IF.......I can put the hand on the schematic.
 Does anybody have an idea where to find a source of documentation for this model ?
 The service manual for the model RA-3701 and 3702 is available in Holland but i found nothing
  on the 3712 !
  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
