[Premium-Rx] WJ 8718A/MFP Battery Rebuild

That's a great find. I have been looking for 3 years. Now I can stop making
my own. Many people pulled the dead batteries and never replaced them.
That's OK if you don't care about how the radio powers up. If you own an MFP
it's not practical.
