[Premium-RX] Cubic CDR-3280

G'day,

You could use GNURadio to process the data if the data format is 
known by defining the serial port as the data source, process the 
data which ever way you want and output the result to the audio 
speaker, waterfall sink, oscilloscope view, wave file etc.
