Hi Bill.

I have the operator's manual and both service manuals for the RA3712 in 
.pdf format.  I'm still waiting for the servicing chapters that are 
specific to the 3701/3702, but the operator's manual is the same for 
both.  Send me your address and I'll get a copy in the post to you.
