The WJ-8716 manual is, for the moment, available online.  Look here:

I'm surprised this has been available so long.  DRS, the most recent 
owners of WJ Gaithersburg facility, have been pretty active asserting 
their copyrights.
Who know what will happen now that this division has been sold to 
Finmeccanica of Italy.  Better download it while you can.
