If the radio is going to have ISB, or have an option for ISB, then two
filters, one offset above and one below is a very common choice.

There was once a school of thought, that a USB filter should have a skew to reject
carrier and LSB, and the LSB filter should have a skew to reject carrier
and USB, but I think the modern opinion is to make both sides of the
filter just as steep.
