These ic are special dmos configured for mixer app.
Just matching regular sd200 might work but I doubt if you can find these
too.

Just call calogic they were very helpful

Hi Lee:
I tried entering your part number at the distributors listed on my web page:
http://www.prc68.com/I/Dist.shtml
and found the parts at:
http://www.componentsuperstore.com/store/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductIdentifi
er=SD8901CYLFCALOGIC7339310
but they are on a reel of 2500 parts and for a specialized part most
distributors will not break a reel. The maker is given as Cal Lolgic with a
data sheet at: http://www.calogic.net/pdf/SD8901.PDF
Cal Logic is in Fremont California
http://www.calogic.net/
you might ask them for a couple of samples.
or
since this is just 4 matched high speed DMOS type FETs in one package you
probably can find another brand of the same part
or
use 4 individual FETs with similar characteristics that have been matched.
The Transistor Tester called the M3 probably can do the matching
http://www.prc68.com/I/MTE.shtml#Xistor and scroll down a little.
