Hi Guys

Q's budget is of course a closely guarded secret, though I pass his palatial 
premises twice a day on the train to Waterloo.  Given Gordon Brown's 
meanness (as belies his ancestry!!!), I reckon Q will never see the latest 
R&S receiver but that he can do better than an AR88 (and they are in short 
supply nowadays anyway).   I suspect he still has an ample stock of RA17s. 
He probably nicked a few from Goldfinger's cave.
