Gentlemen,

I would like to thank each and everyone of you who responded to my
inquiry concerning the HAL ST-8000 HF Modem. 
I am presently in search of a good high-end VLF/HF receiver to use with
it, and am looking to purchase a used late-model Harris RF-590A or
R-2368/URR with the following options: high stability reference
oscillator, RF Preselector, and the operation/service manual. The radio
must be in good cosmetic and operational condition, and must have the
full complement of IF filters. 
Anyone on the list having one for sale, please let me know.

I have been looking at a few receivers currently on eBay, but am unable
to obtain any significant information about them on the Internet; they
are a Cubic CDR-3280 (will probably sell for way more than I am willing
to spend), a DANSK Radio RX-4000 and a Hagenuk 1001. Anybody familiar
with any of them? and if so, how do they compare to a Harris RF-590A for
example?
