[Premium-Rx] New WJ guide - parts for 8615/8617/8618

I just added a new WJ guide for those of you interested in WJ-8615, 
WJ-8617 and WJ-8618 series of receivers.

It is a numerical index of the module and assembly numbers for all 
versions of all three receivers.  If you see anything wrong or missing, 
please let me know.
