[Premium-Rx] OT: RF1310 - RF110A cable?

Before I take the plunge to buy the connectors and make the cable, I was wondering if, perchance, anyone had an extra cable to connect the RF-110A and the RF-1310 exciter? I have the interface cable for the amp and the T-827D but now that I acquired a 1310, will need that cable.  Please let me know, off-list, the cost if you have one.
