[Premium-Rx] R2368/URR and RF1310 playing together

The RF-7210 ALE controller will control the 1310 and 2368.  You lose the
tuning knob function, the frequency is controlled via the 7210. Audio 
and CW is run from the 7210 as well. As a bonus you get ALE. Either the 
7210 or A version use the same software, the A provides headphone
function.
