Hi Berndt.

I have the same problem with a Racal RA3702 dual HF RX and the MA3752
drive unit/TA3762 amplifier. I have almost completed a PIC based
controller that continuously polls both receivers, displays the
frequencies on a 4 x 20 LCD and links the transmitter to either receiver
(+/- an offset if required). All the control between units is serial
ASCII. I see from your website that you are not afraid to write
software and build hardware, so if any of the circuits or software ("C")
are of any use you I will gladly make them available. Sorry I can't
help you with manuals.

Actually, the RF-1310 is a 250 milliwatt exciter for a big iron amplifier. Then you use the usual T/R switch for antenna switching to your RF-590A/R2368. You can use logic output info for mute and maybe amplifier control. Good luck. Gilbert W4JDA
