[Premium-Rx] Cubic CDR 3280

I have acquired a Cubic CDR 3280 rcvr and I'm looking
for other owners of the 3250/3280 series. Looking for
a more complete and informative manual with detailed
schematics instead of the block diagrams provide in
the one that I have and is available on the Cubic
website.
 
Very interested in any control program that is
available for PC remote control of the rcvr and also
any software for further PC processing of the serial
format I&Q data.
 
Cubic has ignored 2 emails from me on the rcvr and I
will be attempting to contact them directly via phone
this week. Does anybody have a good contact name and
number?
