[Premium-Rx] use of precision time base

I've used the HP units from the cell towers, a unit built-up from an OEM 
Motorola GPS board and a Trimble Thunderbolt.

I like the Thunderbolt so much, I bought a second one and installed it 
as the standard for the labs at my college.  It is located 75 feet from 
the antenna on the roof, connected with RG-6 and does just fine.  I 
bought both of them very reasonably on eBay.
