[Premium-Rx] re wj 8617 preselectors

Hello to the list.
My 8716 had a problem with the preselector (only functioned on 2 bands) On opening up I found a series of plug in diode switched filter boards and a control board (via 9 pin d plug from synth control board). The fault was a logic 74 series i c whos number evades recall at moment.
All working fine ...But would dearly like circuits for the whole set .... Any helpful person out there??
I also have the r&s esm1001 and have also found anything but brouchures on the radio...As for comparison between my wj 8617 the wj seems more sensetive but on nfm the r&s discriminator wins out .
These are only "in use" comparisons, I have yet to get time to do some serious evaluations on these radios.
