[Premium-Rx] Harris R-2368/URR Manual

Chuck,
I know that no one wants to hear it but, Harris manuals are copyrighted 
and therefore any pdf versions are stolen property unless authorized by 
Harris.  As well there are export restrictions that may be in play with 
some items.
