Berndt,
Try contacting SCOTT at AMERICAN-MILSPEC.COM  He did sell
a PDF of the manual at one time - reasonable $$$.  
Also look at the following link of RF-590A info like
microcode source and remote control protocol which is
very similar to the R-2368.
