[Premium-Rx] Replacement battery for WJ 8718A-MFP

Good afternoon, Group.  Reading the docs on the WJ 8718 RX the main 
chassis battery, BT-1 has as it's primary function to remember the 
last tuned frequency when the radio is de-energized.

I seem to have lost 'control' of the RX -- it comes alive just fine 
but I have lost the functioning of the controls -- frequency 
selection doesn't 'take.'  I haven't had that many radio batteries 
go bad, but this machine seems to be acting like loss of CMOS memory 
in a computer would do.  The reset code doesn't seem to reset anything.

What is the conventional wisdom for replacing the 2.5 v. nicad on 
the rear panel of my WJ 8718A-MFP?  Are these devices available 
anywhere?  Again, the docs give me a part number and mfg code but no 
other info.
