Hi...

Being a proud owner of one of these receivers now 
for several months, I am very happy with its performance
and what it can do.

This has only come about because at long last I have 
now obtained a decent USER FRIENDLY software 
program to control the 8712 after trying a number 
of others with little success or even very limited
control of the many areas of the 8712.

I have permission to put the writers internet address
on this site so if any of the users of this receiver care
to contact him you are welcomed to do so.

This program even has facility to do a RF scan and
present it on a spectrum display which is very useful.

On another topic - I am looking out for the plug which
mates up with the rear socket which brings all the 
audio lines out. So if anyone can point me in the right
direction please do so.
