It's  not really mine to share so it was only my intention to make it 
available for  download until the PremRX site was sorted, as it's too big for me to 
send out  individually by email.

I certainly have no problem with you  downloading it and hosting it 
permanently but it was originally uploaded by  Peter De Coninck, and as far as I know 
scanned by him too.
I'm sure Peter wouldn't object either but do feel he should be given  credit 
for his work if it's to be made available elsewhere.
