[Premium-Rx] RT-1446 frequency display

Very common, as these sets were new and left the factory, the display was
a very nice GREEN, when you got it it was likely GRAY and now all washed out
.. yup new /replacement displays are available, but I have only been the
recipient of this effort, by a friend of mine who never divulged the
source, but he worked for Harris for a very long time, but in my life he
has always been retired.. so he was a direct source, and knowing this fellow
he is very resourceful, so no telling where he was really getting them..
Yes there is a Harris reflector, now comes the really embarrassing part, I
am the moderator, but I totally forget how to subscribe, but this
reflector moderator USED to be the HARRIS moderator, then he trusted me to
take it over, big big mistake .. I have long since lost the commands and
codes .. but I think it on the QTH list of supporting reflectors, but i'm
pretty sure others on here will have better information than I do ..
you want me to ask my pal about these displays .. and availability ..
