Hello Paolo,

a great source for R&S manuals is Rainer Foertig. His manuals are first 
class. He has special copy machines which can copy long schematics on 
endless paper and cut it to size. The schematics are than automatically 
folded to fit DIN A4 folders. He is not cheap but well worth it.

I once copied an EK 56/4 manual (2 folders about 10cm thick) and did the 
schematics on DIN A3 paper glued together. It took me 4 hours at the 
copy shop and another 2 hours to sort the stuff and glue the schematics 
together. Some of the EK 56/4 schematics are 1,2m long (four A3 sheets 
glued together). Nothing I want to do again.
