[Premium-Rx] Seeking documentation CEI Type 906A1 S/N 23

I'm looking for a manual, ESPECIALLY alignment instructions for this 
antique.

It is the predecessor to the WJ-906A.

I can accept 4MB email messages, I'll FTP wherever, pay for a copy, or 
borrow a manual and make a scan.

This one was used by the FCC for monitoring.  It still has the barcode 
on the rear apron.

It has had at LEAST one modification performed on it during it's use. 
It was done by a pro.

Age has done it's thing, and it needs to be peaked back up.

Also looking for the tuning meter for it.  It sticks.  Gentle adjustment 
to the jeweled pivot does NOT resolve it.
