Fellas, a bit a trivia information about the Canadian R590A's.  First, they weren't used in our Wullenweber's at Masset and Gander, but rather at Naval stations on shore (Aldergrove and Mill Cove) as well as on board ship as replacements for the venerable Rockwell-Collins HF-2050.  They're still the front line receiver for these purposes.  I too have a Harris R590 (labelled R-5095B/G) with ISB installed.  I'm still not 100% clear whether this is the straight  model or A model.
