[Premium-Rx] Premium-Rx, Administrative Announcement

Gentlemen:

As many of you may have already noted, The Premium-Rx List has gone through 
a metamorphosis in the past few months.

1.  We moved the E-Mail server from Skirrow.Org  to QTH.Net.  We thought 
this would generate mass confusion, but were pleasantly surprised that very 
few members got lost in the move.  In fact, within a week or two the number 
of posts to the old address was ZERO.

2. The Premium-Rx Website has also found a new home.  For the past 9 years 
it has been parked on San Diego State University's HD.  Since I retired in 
2002, we constantly feared that we would wake up some morning and find our 
archives deleted.  We fear no more as Jan has moved the Website to: 
http://www.premium-rx.org.

3. The last change you may have noted is at the footnote of all E-Mail now 
being reflected.  It says "Email Help: paul at premium-rx.org".   Yes, (drum 
roll please), Paul Kluwe, W8Z0, has taken the helm of the Premium-Rx List 
and is our new host.  When not busy with the Premium-Rx List, Paul can be 
found sitting in the chair of the Village Manager of Edmore, MN.   Paul 
operates a Collins-Rockwell 2050 to keep warm during those cold winters in 
Minnesota... and we all know why Paul selected the Collins 2050?  Naturally, 
he tells me that he modified the powersupply so the 2050 doesn't glow when 
operating..... but I know better come those cold winter evenings !

Our best wishes to the new List's Host, and our thanks to all our fellow 
members for making this List such an enjoyable experience and recognized on 
the Web for its technical excellence.
