[Premium-Rx] Windows software for Watkins Johnson receivers

To all-

I was wondering if any of the premium rx crowd (who don't write software for 
FUN) might have tried the ScanStar software with any of the WJ871X or WJ861X 
receivers? I noticed that his premimum priced Spectrum SentryNet offers 
support for these receivers. Anyone have any experience with these products?

I have heard that ScanStar products can be somewhat buggy but they are 
responsive and get issues resolved. If anyone has any comments to share, 
please drop me a line. If there are any other products that anyone knows of 
that offer control of the 8615D, 8167, 8618, 8607 type stuff that works, 
please let me know as well, especially if they sell for less than $1200!
