That's not only astounding, but almost pretty incredible... the state of the art for RF ADCs seems to be the Linear 
Technology LTC2208 16 bit 130 MSPS ADC....
And ENOB = 20 out of 24 is reached, as far as I know, only by low frequency sigma-delta codecs, like the AK5394A by Akamai.

Is that information somehow confirmed by R&S technical papers ? Otherwise it is difficult to believe it...
