[Premium-Rx] WJ 8718 Manual

Hi all,
   Can anyone help me out with a service manual for the WJ 8718.This one 
had a rough trip through the post from Israel to U.K
Also I tried mailing DRS about some manuals but i just don't get a reply 
from those guys.Also how difficult is it to get replacement cosmetic 
parts like the printed aluminium decal for the control panel rack 
handles knobs and button covers.
