[Premium-Rx] Administrative Notice: Plain Text or HTML

Gentlemen:

It has come to our attention that two of our members have not had success when attempting to post to the QTH.Net server.  We believe this was the result of using a HTML format.

Our old server, specifically Skirrow.Org, accepted both HTML and Plain Text, however, the QTH.Net server only accepted Plain Text.

We believe this has been modified so that both HTML and Plain Text formats can now be used.  Let's put it this way..... this message is being sent in HTML, so it you are reading it..... well you get my point.
