[Premium-Rx] New WJ Optical Encoders

I am sourcing a new replacement tuning encoder for our WJ radios. No need to rebuild them anymore. These encoders will work with all variants of the WJ 8617, 8618, 8716, and 8718. They are 100% backward compatible. 

I could offer them as a replacement parts kit.

A poll for the group (please email your preferences off line)
1) Shaft drag, none?, light?, standard?
2) Sealed or unsealed housing?
3) Connector pins or soldered pins?
4) Tuning speed, standard, fast, slow?
5) Other?

Certain options like sealed housing and no shaft drag increase the price. Adding a connector is about $2.00 more.

I repaired three of the original encoders and scrapped one. I'm not going to rebuild them anymore. If a radio comes in with a bad encoder it will be replaced with a new one.
