Hi David,

I can't help much, but I've been contemplating untuned active-loop 
antennas for a while now.  Indications are that making them work 
properly at HF could be a trick requiring a pretty sophisticated circuit 
that could need to be carefully tweaked.  If anyone comes up with a 
schematic, I'd like to see it.
