[Premium-Rx] Cubic 1303 Help Needed

Posting for my dear friend Harry, who can no longer get mail from the  
reflector through his firewall...........
 
Harry has acquired two Cubic 1303 receivers, which I understand to be 8  
channel microprocessor programmable fixed frequency receivers, but both are  
missing their power supplies.
 
Without a schematic, or a manual. Harry can't jury rig a PS to figure out  
where to go next.  So just about any info would be helpful, especially a  
schematic, but I suppose a manual, or anything that listed PS voltages would  help, 
or a working or dead PS board.  He suspects the boards were yanked to  service 
other receivers, leaving these two as spares units, but wants to get  them 
running.
 
He says he has had "no luck" with Cubic.
 
If anyone can play Santa with a clue or some paper, please let me  know, and 
I can pass along Harry's snail mail or phone.  I'm he'd reimburse  any expense.
