[Premium-Rx] WJ 8718 parts WTB

It looks like 2 modules are missing from my recently acquired 8718.
The A2 RF Filter and the A3 Input Converter and cables.
Also would like to know a  general idea as to the prices.
Any leads appreciated.
I think it might work as I can hear a stron local FM broadcast station coming thru when I touch some the leads on the 10.7 IF.
