[Premium-Rx] WJ 8718 ?

I just got one at a swapmeet that looks like it might be nearly complete.  The A11 board is missing, don't know if it's an option or not?  There's no RF input connector on the rear panel, removed .  And perhaps a couple of missing cables.  I've  Variaced it and at 90 volts both 15 volt lines are on but the 10 volt line is down to 6 volts.  The first four digits and decimal  light up weakly and change when the tuning knob is rotated with hiss in the headphones.  
Looking at the front of the radio there's a long module on the right side which I assume is the synthesizer and it has a 6 inch white coax hanging free at the front, A5A1AP2.  The left side of the radio has a totally encased module with no terminations  on three connectors.  A1J1, A1J2, & A2J2 but A2J1 has a coax. 
I'm guessing there's a shorted cap somewhere on the 10 volt line.  I don't have any paper work so I  would appreciate any tips.
