[Premium-Rx] Racal 6790/GM damaged in transit

Oh dear!  After successfully shipping my Racal RA3017 rx to Thailand, I tried the same thing with my 6790/GM.  Unfortunately, the nice chaps at the airport dropped it....
   
  The casing is bent on the corner housing the PSU.  If I power up, the only indication of 'life' is a random number on the frequency display.  No sound and none of the controls work.
   
  Opening the case reveals no obvious sign of damage.  When powered up there are 3 red leds lit on the front circuit board, just near the on/off switch.  There is no other sign of life and the 'fault' light is not lit.
   
  Any suggestions where to start?  I'm an electronics engineer, but here in Phuket the text equipment is limited to a multimeter and wet finger :)
