[Premium-Rx] Collins HF8060 Preselector

Hi All
 
I've just bought a pair of Collins HF8060 preselectors and am  hoping to get 
them up and running as stand alone units
I'm pretty sure one, at least, is going to need repair, and am looking  for 
operating/service instructions but don't really want to pay the $175 that  
seems to be the going commercial rate.
Is anybody able to provide any information, or manual copies  at a more 
reasonable price?
 
Alternatively, I've found the following URL that offers the  "instruction" 
manual for 35Euro but with no indication if this  contains schematics, interface 
info etc.

Unfortunately, I'm having problems working out how to order, let alone ask  
questions, so if any of our German speaking members could help that would be  
much appreciated.
In particular, I'd like to know just what is on offer here.....
and how to get my hands on it:-)
