[Premium-Rx] TSU-160 Parts

I just received a WJ TSU-160 19" full rack unit which is part of the RS-160 receiving system. See the link (Model RS-160) for details:

The unit has no tuners and is what I consider to be a parts unit, complete but not pretty. The front panel is munged up, handles are very nice, good wiring, sound chassis, tarnished RF connectors. I believe the unit would work if connected, however I'm leaning toward parts unit. I bought it for the fasteners and handles.
