[Premium-Rx] WJ8617B problems

Thanks to all who sent feedback on areas to target with my 8617B tuning 
problem. Turned out to be some form of contamination on the optical encoder. 
Took it apart eneough to visualize the encoder wheel (with its TINY slots), 
the reflecting mirror and the light source/sensor combo. No visible crud but 
dusted it all off and ran some paper over the mirror and sensor and no more 
problems. Should be good for another 25 years!
