[Premium-Rx] WJ8617B/8618B Question

Hi Spencer, I use the 8617B from time to time and have not noticed that when 
tuning quickly. But, I must also confess that I have not tried to spin the 
dial like crazy to see what happens.  Will let you know if I see this in the 
future.
