[Premium-Rx] AC Mains Filter

I've found these filters in local recycling yards.  Look in the yellow 
pages for the ones that do electronics.  The places that recycle medical 
electronics are the best.  Some of the big analyzers have filters and 
isolation transformers large enough for a radio shack if not your whole 
house.

I picked up a 30A medical power conditioner with an isolation transformer 
in a big aluminum box with an EMI/RFI filter of matching ratings.  It was 
new and the scrap yard owner only charged me twice what he'd get for it in 
breakage (mixed metals).  It was less than $10 for the whole works.
