Hello Dennis,

if you can't find it here than go to Rainer Foertig's website. He offers 
an operating and two service manuals for the ESH-2, although they are 
not cheap.

I have no connections with Foertig, I am just a satisfied customer. His 
manual copies are of outstanding quality. He does his copies from the 
original manual only. It is not a copy of a copy of a copy. Even large 
foldouts are reproduced in original size on a single page. He has large 
format scanners and special printing equipment using paper from the 
roll. These large foldouts are than automatically folded to standard 
size. The manuals are usually comb-bound or punched and put into a 
folder for very thick manuals.
