[Premium-Rx] Travel to France

Thanks to the many folks who have replied concerning travel to France. Great 
comments from a wise group of European residents and international 
travellers! For those who asked, this is largely a business trip (with a 
couple of added days spent in Paris at the tail end). It will be my third 
trip to France over the past thirty years, wish I could go more often.
