[Premium-Rx] Travel to France

To all-

I will be travelling to France the week of September 9-18. I was wondering 
if there are any stores that might sell premium rx's that members might be 
aware of?

Cities visited will include Paris, Toulouse, Albi and Lyon. Seems like the 
home of Airbus must have some source for high-tech surplus!

Also, I was wondering what French law is as it relates to the use of VHF/UHF 
scanners? I usually travel with a portable wideband receiver and wondered if 
this might create problems entering France. I am a licensed amateur radio 
operator if this helps.
