[Premium-Rx] wj8617b A8 board (794128.1 assy) fault

hi to all,
for the mentioned board (antenna 1/2 connectors switch) i have to replace some
diodes on ant.1 input located on sub assy 270450 ,i have no schematics but i 
have
found they are 5 pieces for each input  one of them is an input protection and
other four arranged as bridge , they are in a small smd golded case.
My question is : who is the manufacturer and reference number ? , are they pin
diodes ?
are they easy available ? are they matched on the bridge ?
If somebody can sell me the board/assy or diodes please contact me directly.
